Maintenance methods for non-stick pans are:
1. Pour the rice washing water into the pot, boil it for 20 minutes, and then pour it out. After the pot cools down, pour oil to cover the surface of the pot evenly with the oil layer, and then heat for another 30 seconds, and turn off the heat after the oil lines appear.
2. Raise the pot regularly. Pour oil into the cold pan before cooking and heat the pan on medium-to-small heat for two minutes after it is evenly spread to complete the pan. If you need to cook, you can start cooking at this time. If it is regular maintenance, pour off the oil and wipe it off with tissue paper.
3. Do not use iron brushes, steel brushes or abrasive cleaning powder to clean a small amount of ingredients that stick to the pot. Doing so will seriously damage the non-stick coating, and the more you brush the non-stick pot, the easier it will stick to the pot. When you encounter a sticky pot, take advantage of the remaining temperature of the pot, add warm water to soak or add water to boil for ten minutes, and then clean it with a sponge or soft loofah cloth.
4. Avoid scratching the surface of the pot. Shovel and steel spatula are easy to scratch non-stick pots and utensils, and the non-stick coating on the surface of the pot will fall off. It is recommended to use wooden or heat-resistant plastic spats.
